Lauren Godfrey, Kyle Black Published in ABA Journal

Pittsburgh Partner Lauren D. Godfrey and Associate Kyle D. Black co-authored the American Bar Association’s Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Law Journal with a team of attorneys.

The two helped write the 23-page article titled “Recent Developments in Cybersecurity and Data Privacy,” contributing heavily to the discussion of statutory and regulatory breach notification developments and Article III standing, as well as the cybercrimes section.
