Kristen Perkins to Join Panel Discussing Tortious Claims at CLM Atlanta Conference

Atlanta, Ga. (July 16, 2021) – Fort Lauderdale Partner Kristen D. Perkins will speak at the upcoming annual Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM) Conference in Atlanta. In a session on August 12 at 10:00 a.m., titled “Absence of Malice: It's Assignment of the Times,” Ms. Perkins will be joined by a panel of insurance executives from Attune, Markel and IAT to discuss the current state of coverage for claims of defamation, malicious prosecution, false imprisonment, and other torts that affect claims professionals and policyholders across the country.

The CLM conference, which will run from August 11-13, will bring together professionals in the claims and litigation management industries. Hosted at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis Hotel, the conference is open to CLM Fellows and Members. Lewis Brisbois is a proud sponsor of this three-day event.
