Kevin Yoegel to Discuss Technology & Ethics at UIA Midyear Meeting

Philadelphia, Penn. (June 4, 2021) - Philadelphia Partner Kevin W. Yoegel will speak at the UIA International Association of Lawyers' virtual Midyear Meeting on June 6. His presentation, titled "Technology and the Legal Practitioner - Ethical Concerns & Best Practices," will commence at 11:00 a.m. ET.

During this session, Mr. Yoegel and his co-presenter will address the ethical obligations that arise from the use of technology in the practice of law and will focus on assisting lawyers in identifying and avoiding risks related to technology, many of which they may not be aware. The presentation will also provide suggested tips and best practices.

Mr. Yoegel is a member of Lewis Brisbois' Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice. He regularly assists clients with proactive data privacy and security as well as incident response management and remediation.
