Kenneth Feldman to Speak at BHBA Entertainment Year in Review Event
Beverly Hills, Calif. (December 27, 2019) – Los Angeles Partner Kenneth C. Feldman will join a panel titled “The Ethics Factor” at the 2019 Entertainment Year in Review event on Wednesday, January 15 in Beverly Hills, hosted by the Beverly Hills Bar Association (BHBA). The event will begin with a networking dinner at 5:00 p.m. and Mr. Feldman’s panel will commence at 6:30 p.m.
Mr. Feldman and his fellow panelists will teach attendees how to avoid State Bar complaints and what to do if one comes calling. They will also discuss the latest developments in fee agreements, malpractice claims, and defenses, with an emphasis on entertainment law.
This event will include three separate panels, each reviewing events, deals, and major cases from 2019 as they affect the entertainment industry and the practice of law.
Mr. Feldman is the national chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Legal Malpractice Defense Department. He is a certified specialist in legal malpractice law by the California State Bar, and is also chair of the California State Bar Legal Malpractice Law Advisory Commission.
