Ken Feldman to Join SCMA Panel on Effective Mediation Skills
Los Angeles, Calif. (March 23, 2022) – Los Angeles Partner Kenneth C. Feldman will join an upcoming Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA) webinar on building mediation skills on April 13 at 12:00 p.m. PT.
In this informative 60-minute session titled “Learn from the Pros: Experienced Litigators Share What Mediators Can Do to Be More Effective,” Mr. Feldman will be joined by experienced litigators who will help mediators fine-tune their mediation skills, so that they can deliver a process and settlement experience most beneficial to disputants and their counsel.
Mr. Feldman is a national co-chair of the firm’s Legal Malpractice Defense Department. He is a certified specialist in legal malpractice law by the California State Bar, and focuses his practice on the direct representation of insurers and their insureds in professional liability actions.
