Katherine Funk to Discuss Healthcare Transaction for AHLA Virtual Conference
Washington, D.C. (April 17, 2020) – Washington, D.C. Managing Partner Katherine I. Funk will take part in the American Health Law Association's virtual conference, “Health Care Transactions,” taking place April 20 to April 22.
Ms. Funk’s previously recorded webinar panel, titled “Health Care is Local: State AGs Add New Wrinkle to Antitrust Review of Health Care Transactions,” will go live on Monday, April 20 at 2:45 p.m. EST. She and her fellow panelist will discuss recent healthcare transaction matters and how state enforcement approaches differs from that of federal agencies.
