Justin Shindore to Moderate Panel at Perrin National Construction Defect Conference

Tampa, Fla. (October 4, 2022) – Tampa Partner Justin Shindore will moderate a panel on insurance coverages at the Perrin National Construction Defect Conference on Friday, November 11 at the Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale Hotel.

In an informative 60-minute panel at 10:15 a.m. ET titled “Insurance Coverage Overview,” Mr. Shindore will lead a discussion on the pursuit of all available coverages/risk transfer including CCIP, OCIP, OPPI, OPPL. This session will also cover builders' risk, overlap of CGL coverage, and construction liability. CLE credits are available.
