Jonathan Goins Appointed to Law360 IP Editorial Advisory Board

Atlanta, Ga. (April 16, 2020) – Lewis Brisbois is pleased to announce that Atlanta Partner Jonathan D. Goins has been appointed to Law360’s Intellectual Property Editorial Advisory Board for a second consecutive year. In this position, Mr. Goins and his fellow board members, who have diverse and extensive experience across various areas of IP law, will help guide Law360’s coverage of IP-related issues. According to an article profiling the 14 attorneys who will comprise the 2020 board, the board members will offer “feedback on Law360's coverage and expert insight on how best to shape future coverage.”

Mr. Goins, who was recently named vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Intellectual Property and Technology Practice, is AV-peer rated by Martindale-Hubbell for Intellectual Property and has over 15 years of experience litigating matters involving trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, right of publicity, and related business torts. In addition to litigating cases nationwide, Mr. Goins also counsels clients regarding IP issues in corporate transactions and on the management of trademark portfolios.
