Jon Olafson to Join International Webinar Discussing German and American Labor & Employment Laws Surrounding COVID-19-Related Matters
Denver, Colo. (March 31, 2020) - Denver Partner Jon J. Olafson will participate in an upcoming webinar titled “How COVID-19 Is Affecting Labor & Employment Law in Germany and the US.” The Colorado Chapter of the German Americans Chamber of Commerce (GACC-CO), will host the webinar, which will take place on April 2, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. MT, via Zoom.
Mr. Olafson, along with an attorney from a Frankfurt, Germany-based law firm, will provide an overview of the ways in which German and American Labor & Employment Law differ, and how these varying laws apply to matters resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Paul Maricle, Honorary Consul for Germany in the Districts of Colorado and Wyoming, will moderate the discussion.
