John Harding to Join Panel at IADC Midyear Meeting
Santa Barbara, Ca. (February 1, 2019) – Boston Partner John Harding will join a panel discussion at the Midyear Meeting of the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC), taking place February 23 – 28 at The Ritz-Carlton Bacara in Santa Barbara, CA.
Mr. Harding will join Los Angeles Superior Court Judge William Highberger and Morrison Mahoney LLP Partner Michael F. Aylward at 7:30 a.m. on February 25 for a discussion titled “The ALI Insurance Restatement: Participants’ Perspective.” The group will discuss the insurance coverage consequences resulting from the American Law Institute’s 2018 Restatement of the Law on Liability Insurance.
