John Christie to Join Seminars Covering Rules of Evidence
(November 14, 2019) – Cleveland Partner John R. Christie will join a panel hosted by the National Business Institute (NBI) titled “Applying the Rules of Evidence: What Every Attorney Needs to Know” on three consecutive dates: November 20 in Mansfield, Ohio; November 21 in Akron, Ohio; and November 22 in Columbus, Ohio. All seminars will be at 9:00 a.m. Central and will be live-streamed as well as available for download through the NBI’s website.
During this all-day program, Mr. Christie and his fellow panelists will discuss how to make the best use of all types of evidence in any case by providing reliable litigation tactics to quickly spot potential evidence, examine the differences between common and statutory law, understand information that must be provided for expert witnesses to form their opinions, and much more. CLE credits are available.
