John Christie to Join NBI Seminar on Auto Injury Cases
(November 18, 2019) – Cleveland Partner John R. Christie will join a panel for a National Business Institute (NBI) seminar titled “Auto Injury Cases From A to Z: What You Need to Know to Successfully Handle the Case” on December 19 and 20. The seminar will take place at the Quest Conference Center in Columbus, Ohio, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. both days, and will be streamed live and available for download afterwards.
During this seminar, Mr. Christie and his fellow panelists will break down the core components of an auto injury case and provide a step-by-step guide on handling such matters. They will also discuss the Dos and Don’ts of auto injury discovery, how to successfully negotiate with insurance adjusters, effective ways to work through tricky subrogation liens, and more. This is a basic-to-intermediate level program, designed for attorneys, insurance adjusters, and paralegals. CLE credits are available.
