Jessica Beckwith to Speak at State Bar of Arizona Webinar on Ethics & Practice Management

Phoenix, Ariz. (January 19, 2022) – Phoenix Partner Jessica L. Beckwith will speak at an upcoming CLE webinar on ethics hosted by the State Bar of Arizona on January 31 at 1:30 p.m. PT.

In a three-hour session titled “Ethics, Practice Management, and Trust Accounts: Inside the State Bar’s Three Helplines,” Ms. Beckwith and her co-panelists will discuss the most asked ethical questions that are posed on the State Bar of Arizona’s Ethics Hotline about ethics, practice management, and trust accounts, along with answers and relevant ethical rules that pertain to these questions.

Ms. Beckwith serves as a Firmwide Assistant General Counsel at Lewis Brisbois. She has extensive experience in attorney regulation and ethics and has advised law firms on matters relating to bar charges in Arizona and State Bar complaints in California, as well as fee disputes, disciplinary matters, disqualification issues, bar admissions, and other ethics issues. She is also frequently retained as an expert witness in attorney ethics matters.
