Jessica Beckwith to Present Ethics CLE Session at State Bar of Montana Annual Meeting
Los Angeles, Calif. (September 12, 2022) – Los Angeles Partner Jessica L. Beckwith will present a CLE session on legal ethics at the State Bar of Montana Annual Meeting, hosted at Delta Colonial Hotel in Helena on September 24 at 8:00 a.m. MT.
In this informative 60-minute panel titled “Dealing with Problem Clients: Practical and Ethical Considerations,” Ms. Beckwith will provide strategies on handling problematic clients. All attorneys with client contact will benefit from this seminar, as they are likely to encounter a problem client at some point in their careers, and will need the right tools to handle the situation properly and ethically. CLE credits are available.
Ms. Beckwith serves as a Firmwide Assistant General Counsel at Lewis Brisbois. She has extensive experience in attorney regulation and ethics and has advised law firms on matters relating to bar charges in Arizona and State Bar complaints in California, as well as fee disputes, disciplinary matters, disqualification issues, bar admissions, and other ethics issues. She is also frequently retained as an expert witness in attorney ethics matters.
