Jessica Beckwith to Join State Bar of Arizona Ethics Presentation

Phoenix, Ariz. (March 17, 2021) – Phoenix Partner Jessica Beckwith will join a panel presentation titled “Ethics Cafe: ER 1.9 - Duties to Former Clients,” hosted by the State Bar of Arizona on May 4 at 12:00 p.m. MT.

Ms. Beckwith and her fellow panelists will discuss the ethical duties owed to former clients, including the duty of confidentiality, and avoiding certain conflicts of interest.

Ms. Beckwith is a partner in Lewis Brisbois' Phoenix and Los Angeles offices and serves as a Firmwide Assistant General Counsel. Her practice focuses on advising attorneys and law firms on matters relating to bar charges in Arizona and state bar complaints in California, as well as fee disputes, disciplinary matters, and more.
