Jenifer Kienle to Present on OSHA Compliance at Upcoming Safety Summit
Austin, Texas (March 1, 2019) – Orange County Partner Jenifer L. Kienle will speak at the 2019 Safety Summit Conference taking place April 8 – 10 at the Sheraton Austin Hotel Capitol. Ms. Kienle’s talk will take place during the afternoon breakout sessions, beginning at 2:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10th.
Joined by Amber Pappas from Safety Help Today, LLC, Ms. Kienle will present, “Surviving the OSHA Inspection: How to Prepare, Contest, and Mange the Aftermath.” Their discussion will explore the root causes that trigger an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspection, how inspections are conducted, and other key elements in successfully navigating such an inspection. This session is designed to benefit business owners, management, safety professionals, and supervisors who are interested in learning how to prepare for an OSHA inspection.
Ms. Kienle is chair of Lewis Brisbois’ OSHA Safety & Health Practice and has experience in defending national and California commercial enterprises in general liability claims, including industrial and construction, catastrophic personal injury, and wrongful death claims, suits, and OSHA appeals.
