Jeffrey Bash to Moderate Panel at ABA Toxic Tort & Environmental Law Spring Conference

Coronado, Calif. (February 25, 2020) – Madison County, Illinois Managing Partner Jeffrey Bash will moderate a panel titled “Hot Topics in Environmental and Toxic Tort Law – 2020 Edition,” at the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Toxic Tort & Environmental Law 29th Annual Spring Conference taking place April 3 – 4 at the Hotel Del Coronado in Coronado, California.

Joined by a panel of in-house attorneys and insurance claims professionals, Mr. Bash’s discussion will begin at 8:45 a.m. on Saturday, April 4, and will provide valuable insights on recent trends, claim types, and issues impacting industries and business owners in the toxic torts and environmental litigation fields.

This event will feature industry leaders and experts on “hot” topics facing environmental and toxic tort law practitioners and is ideal for plaintiff attorneys, defense attorneys, and in-house practitioners. Registration is open to non-members.

Mr. Bash is a vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Asbestos Litigation Practice and focuses on the defense of manufacturers, retailers, suppliers, and premises owners in toxic/mass tort and environmental litigation.
