Jane Luxton to Discuss Administrative Law at ABA Virtual Fall Conference

Washington, D.C. (October 20, 2020) – Washington D.C. Administrative Partner Jane C. Luxton will join a virtual panel at the American Bar Association's (ABA) 28th Fall Conference, titled “An Interactive Administrative Law Experience: Effective Agency Engagement,” on October 22 at 10:30 a.m. ET.

During this interactive discussion, Ms. Luxton and her fellow panelists will describe the importance of understanding how to effectively navigate administrative law. The participants will engage in a mock administrative law scenario and learn the skills necessary to effectively engage with agencies. CLE credits will be offered for this course.

Ms. Luxton is co-chair of the Environmental and Administrative Law Practice and has extensive experience in environmental as well as other federal regulatory, policy, and litigation matters. She advises businesses, associations, and coalitions in navigating all levels of the federal regulatory process, including appellate advocacy.
