Jana Lubert, Alexis Crump Recognized as Women of Influence by Los Angeles Business Journal

Los Angeles, Calif. (April 28, 2021) - Los Angeles Co-Managing Partner Jana I. Lubert and Los Angeles Partner Alexis G. Crump have both been recognized as Women of Influence by the Los Angeles Business Journal (LABJ). According to the publication, the attorneys on this list "have been recognized for exceptional legal skill and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership as evidenced by the highest professional and ethical standards, and for contributions to the Los Angeles community at large."

As the firm’s General Counsel, co-managing partner of the Los Angeles office, and co-chair of the Insurance Law and Directors & Officers Coverage Practices, Ms. Lubert’s leadership roles allow her to serve as a resource to the firm’s attorneys nationwide to discuss ethical and practical problems that arise in the everyday practice of law. She is also the first woman to serve as a voting partner on Lewis Brisbois’ Management Committee. During 2020, Ms. Lubert was a member of the firm’s COVID-19 Response Team, which remains active as the country continues to deal with and respond to the pandemic. Ms. Crump serves as co-chair of the firm’s Commercial Lending Practice, as well as vice chair of its Corporate and Italy Practices. She has led over $1 billion in transactions during her career. As co-chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Ms. Crump works with the firm’s Chief Diversity Partner and Director of Diversity to strengthen Lewis Brisbois through diverse associate and lateral hiring, support, mentoring, promotion, and retention.
