Gregory Tumolo to Present RISCPA Pay Equity Webinar

Providence, R.I. (September 21, 2022) – Providence Partner Gregory Tumolo will present a live webinar on pay equity, hosted by the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA) on October 5 at 10:00 a.m. ET.

During this informative 90-minute session, Mr. Tumolo and his co-presenter will explore Rhode Island's newly enacted pay equity bill and what it means for employers and HR professionals. The panel will also provide attendees with a "deep dive" into the bill text and provide proactive tips on how to prepare for the law's effective date in January 2023. This session will include information about the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training's recently released pay equity employer self-evaluation tool and guidance document.
