Greg Katz and David Pollack Present to Real Estate Risk Manager Conference

New York Partners Gregory Katz and David Pollack gave a presentation titled “Construction Insurance from a Developer’s Perspective” to the Real Estate Risk Manager Conference on September 20^th.

The presentation covered the new trend towards wrap ups in construction insurance plans, as well as the difference between OCIPs and CCIPs, the various standards of care across the country, and the particular challenges facing developers in relation to NY Labor Law.

Mr. Katz is the managing partner of Lewis Brisbois’ New York office and chair of its General Liability Practice. Mr. Pollack is chair of the firm’s Architects & Engineers Practice.
