Frank Cerza to Present Workshop on Lease Drafting at ICSC Conference
New York, N.Y. (September 22, 2020) – New York Partner Frank J. Cerza will present a virtual workshop at the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) U.S. Law Conference, taking place October 14-16.
Mr. Cerza’s workshop is titled “The Clash of the Clauses – Which Clause Controls?” and will be broadcast at 11:00 a.m. ET on October 14. Mr. Cerza will explore how inconsistencies in lease drafting can result in potential headaches for landlords and tenants down the road. The discussion will also highlight other key issues that leasing attorneys should consider when preparing a lease.
Mr. Cerza is chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Italy Practice and a vice-chair of the Commercial Lending Practice. He focuses on corporate and real estate business transactions and commercial finance for companies and individuals in both the United States and Italy. He was recently appointed to the ICSC's New Retail Lease Model 2020 Task Force.
