Eric Neiman Named Behavioral Health Task Force Vice Chair

Behavioral Health Practice Chair Eric Neiman has been selected as the vice chair of the Behavioral Health Task Force for the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA).

The task force is “committed to advancing the understanding of laws impacting behavioral health, including the delivery of services to those living with mental illness, certain neurological conditions, substance use disorders or developmental disabilities, and reimbursement for such services,” according to AHLA.

Neiman’s one-year appointment will take effect on July 1.
