Ellen Greiper to Present on Expert Testimony for Pete Fowler Construction Webinar

New York, N.Y. (November 8, 2021) – New York Partner Ellen H. Greiper will join the Pete Fowler Construction Company for a webinar titled “Expert Testimony: Preparing and Delivering Deposition Testimony” on November 18 at 1:00 p.m. ET.  

In this informative 60-minute session, Ms. Greiper will provide a framework for ensuring that expert testimony is complete, supportable, and understandable by non-technical professionals who need to use the information to make decisions. She will also discuss how to best utilize an expert witness in a case at every step of the process, and examine case studies showcasing the impact of an expert witness used correctly. 

Ms. Greiper is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Construction Practice. She has more than three decades of experience defending multi-party construction and construction defect cases in the state and federal courts of New York. A prolific author and frequent speaker on emerging legal issues, Ms. Greiper is also a member of Lewis Brisbois' 24/7 Rapid Response team for trucking clients and has extensive experience representing large fleet trucking companies in a wide range of transportation matters. Additionally, she is a member of the firm's Crisis Management Practice, and regularly manages crises pertaining to OSHA Safety & Health matters.
