Ellen Greiper to Moderate Panel at Advisen Casualty Insights Conference
New York, N.Y. (March 28, 2022) – New York Partner Ellen H. Greiper will moderate a panel at the upcoming Advisen Casualty Insights Conference on April 6 at 10:00 a.m. ET. Additionally, she is serving on the conference’s advisory board and has helped shape the agenda of this year's event.
In an informative 50-minute session titled “Casualty Innovation Amid Uncertainty,” Ms. Greiper will be joined by insurance leaders who will address how the casualty market is responding to increasingly high verdicts and settlements and the new Comprehensive Insurance Disclosure Act in New York (CIDA). Ms. Greiper is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ Construction Practice. She has more than three decades of experience defending multi-party construction and construction defect cases in the state and federal courts of New York. A prolific author and frequent speaker on emerging legal issues, Ms. Greiper is also a member of Lewis Brisbois' 24/7 Rapid Response team for trucking clients and has extensive experience representing large fleet trucking companies in a wide range of transportation matters.
