Ellen Greiper, Megan Boyar to Present at DRI Construction Law Boot Camp
New York, N.Y. (October 7, 2019) – New York Partner Ellen Greiper and Associate Megan Boyar will take part in DRI’s Second Annual Construction Law Boot Camp on November 7 at Lewis Brisbois’ New York City offices in Downtown Manhattan. This one-day seminar which will feature presentations on “Nuclear Verdicts,” alternative dispute resolution best practices, retaining experts, and more.
As program chair of the event, Ms. Greiper will deliver the day’s opening remarks. Then, at 9:15 a.m., Ms. Boyar will join a panel titled “Labor Law Statutes 200, 240, and 241(6): Game Changing Updates” to review recent case law and look at the application of New York’s labor law statutes in light of these new decisions.
