Elior Shiloh to Join Panel at American Bankers Association Risk 2021 Virtual Conference

New York, N.Y. (March 3, 2021) – New York Partner Elior Shiloh will join a panel presentation on March 23 at the American Bankers Association Risk 2021 Virtual Conference. 

Mr. Shiloh’s breakout session begins at 12:00 p.m. ET and is titled “Employment Practices Liability in the Wake of Opening Up the Country After the Pandemic.” He and his fellow panelists will provide a timely discussion about the reopening plans that certain banks will follow as they return to the office, including social distancing practices, hybrid work arrangements for staff, and how to keep employees safe.  

Mr. Shiloh is Vice-Chair of Lewis Brisbois’ Labor & Employment Law Practice and Co-Chair of the firm's Franchise & Distribution Practice. He  frequently lectures to the defense industry, companies, and their management and employees on employment trends and best practices.
