David Samani to Speak at BHBA Ethics and Malpractice Panel

Los Angeles, Calif. (January 18, 2022) - Los Angeles Partner David D. Samani will speak at an upcoming webinar on entertainment law ethics and malpractice, hosted by the Beverly Hills Bar Association on January 19 at 12:30 p.m. PT.

In this informative 60-minute session titled “Entertainment Year-in-Review: Ethics and Malpractice Panel,” Mr. Samani and his co-panelists will present strategies for avoiding State Bar complaints, along with the latest developments in fee agreements, malpractice claims and defenses, with an emphasis on entertainment law.
