Christine Fenech to Present MVCA Insurance Claims Seminar
San Francisco, Calif. (April 12, 2022) – San Francisco Partner Christine B. Fenech will present at the upcoming Mid Valley Claim Association (MVCA) luncheon, hosted at Dave Wong’s Restaurant in Stockton on April 22 at 12:00 p.m. PT.
Ms. Fenech will address 2022 Recertification of the Fair Claims Settlement Practices Act Regulations. She has provided this recertification luncheon seminar for MVCA for the past 15 years. CLE credits are available.
MVCA is an educational organization dedicated to the betterment of insurance claims professionals, through continuing education, industry knowledge and contacts, and a commitment to integrity and respect in networking.
Ms. Fenech is a member of the General Liability Practice, with over 26 years of experience in public entity defense, construction, employment, and civil litigation defense. A professor at the Monterey College of Law, and a member of the Monterey County Joint Committee on the Elimination of Bias and the Monterey County JNE committee, she was elected President of the Monterey County Bar Association for the 2022-2023 year.
