Cameron Kalunian to Moderate Magna Legal Services Webinar Panel on Slip, Trip, and Fall Claims

Los Angeles, Calif. (September 30, 2020) – Los Angeles Partner Cameron M. Kalunian will moderate a webinar panel titled “Slip, Trip and Fall Claims,” hosted by Magna Legal Services via Zoom on October 7 at 4:00 p.m. ET.

During this hour-long webinar, the panelists will discuss, from the insurance, legal, and insured perspectives, how to mitigate slip, trip, and fall claims, as well as how to prevent the frivolous claims often seen in construction and other industries. The panel will include representatives from Pete Fowler Construction Services, Millennium Hotels, ACCO Engineered Systems, and Magna Legal Services.

Mr. Kalunian is a vice-chair of Lewis Brisbois’ nationwide Construction Practice, and a member of the firm's Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. His practice focuses on multi-party litigation in a wide variety of cases involving claims related to breach of contract, fraud, real estate, construction defect disputes, and various tort claims.
