Brian Pokrywka to Present Webinar on Reptile Theory Strategy

Fort Wright, Ky. (August 21, 2019) – Fort Wright Partner Brian Pokrywka will participate in an interactive Strafford Publications CLE webinar titled “Combating Plaintiffs' Reptilian Tactics in Commercial Vehicle, Premises Liability, Products Liability and Med Mal Cases,” on Tuesday, August 27 at 1:00 p.m. EDT.

This webinar will focus on the underlying basis for the strategy known as the “reptile theory,” and how defense attorneys can spot and identify reptile tactics used by plaintiffs’ attorneys. Mr. Pokrywka will also discuss how defense counsel can challenge these tactics to increase their client's chances of success.

Mr. Pokrywka is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability and Transportation Practices. His practice focuses on the defense of serious personal injury claims.
