Brantley Rowlen Quoted by Daily Report About New Savannah Office

Savannah, Ga (March 5, 2019) – Savannah Managing Partner Brantley C. Rowlen was recently quoted by the Daily Report (part of Law.com) for their article, “Lewis Brisbois Grows to 50 Offices With Savannah Location.” Mr. Rowlen, previously a partner at the firm’s Atlanta office, and one of the original five lawyers to open Lewis Brisbois’ first office in Georgia, discussed the decision to relocate.

“When the idea of opening an office in Savannah came about, I volunteered for the opportunity to help start another new office and help grow the firm with good people in a great city,” said Mr. Rowlen to the Daily Report via email.

He also had kind words for recently hired Partner Jeffrey S. Ward, who joins Mr. Rowlen in the new Savannah office and brings over 15 years of experience as a successful trial lawyer in Georgia.

“I’ve known Jeff for about 10 years, and you cannot find a nicer guy or better lawyer,” said Mr. Rowlen. “It’s exciting to have someone who had been practicing and mediating for as long as he has come on board to help things get off the ground.”

The article goes on to cover the firm’s recent expansion across the Eastern Seaboard and its presence in the Southeast, where Lewis Brisbois has a significant client base.

“We look forward to the opportunity to expand that representation with some of our institutional clients who may not have historically sent matters due to the lack of a physical presence,” Mr. Rowlen said, explaining that the new Savannah location “offers an opportunity to more efficiently service those existing clients as well as expand [Lewis Brisbois’] national footprint with a centrally located, regional office to continue representing institutional clients in new locales.”

Lewis Brisbois announced the opening of the Savannah office in a press release on March 4.
