In this informative 60-minute webinar titled “Employment Discrimination and Harassment Settlements: Recent Trends,” Mr. Bartolomeo and his co-panelists will discuss how the stages of disputes in which harassment settlements occur can affect settlement amounts, and the types of discrimination claims that generally bring about the highest settlement amounts.
