Atlanta Office Advises on Multimillion-Dollar Advertising Deals with Major Sports Organizations

Atlanta, Ga. (September 15, 2021) - Atlanta Partner Jonathan D. Goins recently advised firm client Arrow Exterminators, one of the largest pest control companies nationally, in inking several multimillion-dollar advertising sponsorship deals with several major sports teams and organizations. 

Over the course of the past six months, Mr. Goins has counseled Arrow on negotiating marketing contracts relating to the scope of promotional rights, IP licensing, exclusivity, and force majeure clauses with such organizations as the Dallas Cowboys, the Atlanta Braves, the Tampa Bay Rays, the Charlotte Hornets, and the National Football Foundation - College Football Hall of Fame. 

Arrow’s Senior Vice President of Marketing Mike Malone, who oversees all its advertising efforts, acknowledged Mr. Goins' “prompt responsiveness and added value” in getting the advice needed. “Jonathan is quite adept at cutting through the red tape as we work to get major deals done, and he is just a pleasure to work with.”
