Andrew Klimenko to Discuss Rental Contracts at ACBA Webinar
San Francisco, Calif. (January 15, 2021) – San Francisco Partner Andrew Klimenko will join a webinar panel titled “Issues of Habitability,” hosted by the Alameda County Bar Association (ACBA) Real Estate Section on January 20 at 12:00 p.m. PT.
Mr. Klimenko and his fellow panelists will discuss how a lack of habitable conditions in rental units can lead to legal headaches for landlords. The speakers will also dive into the ins and outs of rental contracts, including relevant state law, case law, common breaches, and how landlords can be proactive.
Mr. Klimenko is a member of Lewis Brisbois’ General Liability practice. He has successfully defended and prosecuted a broad spectrum of matters including commercial claims, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death and more.
