Alyssa Sandrowitz to Speak at IP Conference

Denver Of Counsel Alyssa K. Sandrowitz will moderate a panel at the Intellectual Property Owners Association's 45th Annual Meeting, to be held September 17 to 19 in San Francisco.

The panel is titled “Hot Topics in AIA Trials” and will take place at 10:45 a.m. on September 19. Featuring panelists from Microsoft, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and more, the panel will cover features of America Invents Act trials, how they interact with district court litigation, and how the Patent Trial and Appeals Board should address stakeholder feedback.
