Drew Cass Published in New Mexico Law Review

Seattle Partner V. Andrew Cass recently co-wrote an article featured in the Summer 2018 issue of the New Mexico Law Review. 

The article, “Bringing Counsel in from the Cold: Reconciling Ethical Rules with the Quagmire of Insurance Defense Practice,” explores the ethical dilemmas unique to an insurance defense lawyer. Often these issues are not addressed by the existing rules of professional conduct and Cass proposes an ethical framework to govern insurer conflict.
