Katie Lee Wright is a partner in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Ms. Wright has experience handling general liability matters, representing owners, property management companies, public benefit corporations, private ambulance companies, and retail businesses.

Ms. Wright began her career as a criminal prosecutor in Brooklyn where she honed her investigation and trial skills. During her career as a prosecutor Ms. Wright took down the Loot Gang of Oceanhill bringing justice to fourteen victims. She worked with local, state, and federal law enforcement to investigate individuals transporting illegal firearms and narcotics into New York City from other states. Ms. Wright has tried nine jury trials to verdict ranging from narcotics and firearms trafficking to homicide. She then transitioned into General Liability Litigation where she uses her prior experience to handle all aspects of civil litigation including early investigation, motion practice, settlement negotiation, and trial preparation. Before joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Wright represented the insureds of several major general liability carriers, primarily in the defense of motor vehicle related claims.
