Cheneise V. Wright


Cheneise Wright is an associate in the Wilmington office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice. Cheneise focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation.

Prior to join Lewis Brisbois, Cheneise served as an assistant corporation counsel for the City of Jersey City. She also clerked for the Honorables Arnold L. Natali, Arthur Bergman, and Honorable Vincent LeBlon of the New Jersey Superior Court, Chancery Division.

While in law school, Cheneise interned for the Honorable Gregory M. Sleet of the District of Delaware and the Honorable Jerome Simandle of the District of New Jersey. She also interned at the City of Wilmington as a litigation law clerk.

Cheneise received her Bachelor’s degree in History, Political Science, and Africana Studies from Rutgers University and her law degree from Widener University Delaware Law. Cheneise is licensed to practice in Delaware, New Jersey and before the U.S. District Courts for the District of Delaware and the District of New Jersey.
