Michael Witczak

Michael Witczak is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Lewis Brisbois who works in all aspects of labor and employment litigation as well as employment advice and counseling. Since joining the firm, Michael has spearheaded many complex, class-action, and PAGA wage and hour disputes on behalf of his clients. Michael has also assisted clients with individual Plaintiff disputes involving wage and hour, wrongful termination, discrimination, and retaliation claims.

Michael’s dedication to defending his clients in litigation also helps him provide useful and straightforward employment advice to clients hoping to avoid the pitfalls of litigation by taking preemptive steps to ensure their company policies and practices are compliant with California law. Litigating these issues help Michael understand what opposing attorneys are searching for prior to bringing a claim against an employer as well has how courts are likely to interoperate specific employer policies and practices. Michael is able to use this information to help his clients be prepared for any challenges the future might bring.
