Jeffrey Winchester is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice.

Jeff has many years of experience as both outside counsel and in-house counsel for Nevada gaming enterprises. He handles all aspects of employment law, from daily advice and counsel to wage and hour class actions. Jeff regularly advises on FMLA and ADA compliance, and has handled numerous agency charges before EEOC, NERC, DOL and the Nevada Labor Commissioner. Jeff advises clients on Form I-9 compliance and has conducted I-9 audits for thousands of employees.

Jeff graduated with honors from the University of Arizona and graduated cum laude from Cornell Law School. Jeff clerked for the Hon. David Ebel with the Tenth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals. Jeff lived and worked in Japan for many years, and speaks fluent Japanese.
