Brian Whiteman is a partner in the Newark office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Professional Liability Practice.

Brian has significant experience in professional liability defense litigation (including insurance agents and brokers, architects and engineers, and attorneys) from inception to final disposition. Brian works closely with the professionals to narrow the areas of dispute to seek options for early resolution through preliminary motion practice or mediations. For over 25 years, Brian has also represented insurance companies in preparing coverage opinions and complex coverage litigations.
