Dylan C. Whitelock-Wolff

Dylan C. Whitelock-Wolff is an associate in the Portland office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice.

Mr. Whitelock-Wolff is a member of the Lewis Brisbois Breach Response Team and in that role he works diligently to manage and quickly respond to cyber security incidents. Incident response includes a factual investigation and, if necessary, the engagement of cyber forensics teams to understand the nature and extent of the breach. In addition, Dylan leverages the extensive knowledge and experience of the national Breach Response Team to make a determination of what breach notification requirements may exist and will facilitate those responses. Dylan also works proactively with clients to establish protocols, policies, and procedures to prevent cyber incidents and foster resiliency.

As a student at Willamette College of Law, Dylan served as a member of the Willamette Law Review and worked in the Business Law Clinic. During his final year of school, he studied international business law at Bucerius Law school in Hamburg, Germany, and interned with the international information technology and intellectual property group at a major European law firm. Dylan's internship was focused on the practical compliance challenges that face US companies operating in Europe in the GDPR era. Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Dylan served as a judicial clerk to the Hon. R. Curtis Conover at the Lane County Circuit Court, and practiced law in personal injury.

Dylan obtained his B.S. in Political Science at Oregon State University and during the summers, worked as an initial response wildland firefighter for the Oregon Department of Forestry in the Northeast Oregon District.
