Danielle Weller

Associate

Danielle Weller is an associate in the Walnut Creek office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Healthcare, Medical Malpractice, and Long-Term Care Practices.

Ms. Weller is originally from Paradise, California. She received both her bachelors of Political Science and History from the University of California. Davis. She then graduated from the Honors Lawyering Program at Golden Gate University, School of Law. During her time in San Francisco, Ms. Weller completed a judicial clerkship under Presiding Judge Garrett L. Wong, as well as engaging in tenant law pro-bono work.

Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Weller worked for a law firm in Pleasanton where she represented numerous types of entities in a variety of matters, including employment and corporate law.

She currently lives in South Lake Tahoe with her husband. During her spare time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, and hiking. She is a mountain climber, who can be found on nearby peaks such as Mt. Shasta, Mt. Hood, or Mt. Rainier.
