Ryan M. Walters


Mr. Walters is an associate in the Albuquerque Office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability, Labor & Employment, and Corporate Practices. He formerly served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge James O. Browning of the District of New Mexico.

Mr. Walters regularly defends clients against complex personal injury claims and commercial torts. He also handles a variety of real estate and collection cases such as commercial real estate disputes, contested business collection suits, and contested residential foreclosures. Mr. Walters has second-chaired jury trials and final arbitration hearings involving employment, commercial tort, and construction defect claims.
