Nick Walter is an associate in the Phoenix office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Mr. Walter focuses his legal practice on premises liability, employment litigation, civil rights, and contractual disputes. He represents clients in all aspects of litigation, mediation, and arbitration in cases involving numerous claims, including retaliation, discrimination, harassment, negligence, breach of contract, and faulty construction. His clients range from individuals to large national companies, operating across numerous industries such as construction, energy, education, healthcare, utilities, and real estate.
While in law school, Mr. Walter served as an editor on four law journals and competed in numerous moot court and mock trial competitions. He also first chaired ten trials to verdict as a Rule 38 limited practice attorney in a prosecutor’s office. All ten verdicts were convictions.
When not at the office, Mr. Walter enjoys playing various sports such as football, softball, and ultimate frisbee, serving in his church, and spending time with his beautiful wife. He is also the head coach of the Trial Team at the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
