Brittany A. Vulcan is an associate in the Labor & Employment and Wage & Hour Class Action Practices in the San Francisco office of Lewis Brisbois. With extensive experience in all aspects of litigation from inception to resolution, Ms. Vulcan represents and counsels employers against a wide array of employment matters ranging from harassment, gender/age/race discrimination, retaliation, breaches of contract, and wage and hour disputes. Ms. Vulcan’s practice includes representation in both state and federal court comprising of single-plaintiff cases, collective, class, and representative matters, and actions brought before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Department of Fair Housing and Employment, and Department of Labor.
Prior to joining Lewis Brisbois, Ms. Vulcan was an associate at a San Francisco-based civil litigation defense firm where she litigated general liability claims, including landlord-tenant and premise liability. Ms. Vulcan’s extensive civil litigation experience includes acting as Second Chair to a prescriptive easement bench trial, successfully arguing dispositive motions, and taking and defending dozens of depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
