Brad Vornholt is a partner in the Walnut Creek Office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the General Liability Practice. Brad has litigated hundreds of matters involving a wide range of claims including traumatic brain injury, amputation, and wrongful death. He has extensive experience in law and motion, mediation and ADR, and has tried both bench and jury trials in state court. Brad is efficient and pragmatic; his goal is to get to the crux of the dispute quickly, inform the client, and collaboratively develop an effective strategy. In addition to general liability defense, Brad has experience in construction disputes, landlord tenant matters, and public entity defense.
