Victoria F. Volpe


Victoria F. Volpe is an associate in the New York office of Lewis Brisbois. As a member of the Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Team, she assists clients in responding to data privacy and security matters, including navigating various consumer and regulatory notification laws.

Victoria earned her law degree from New York Law School where she was one of few students to complete a rigorous course of specialized study in Privacy law which included training in privacy theory, post data breach counseling, and cyber incident response plans. While in law school, she founded the Privacy Law Association, which provided programming and resources to students with a desire to pursue a career in privacy law. Her aptitude for this work was acknowledged at her law school graduation where she was the recipient of the “Abraham “Avi” Mund Prize for Excellence in Information Technology and The Law."

Prior to law school, Victoria earned her bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University where she studied threats to global security under the guidance of international experts on terrorism.
