Nicole Vescova is an associate in the Miami office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Nicole regularly defends employers of all sizes and sectors against all types of employment claims asserted in federal and state courts and administrative proceedings, including wage and hour claims, employment discrimination and harassment claims, breach of contract claims, and claims regarding reasonable accommodations and leave of absence.

Nicole also has significant experience counseling clients across the country on a wide range of day-to-day employment issues, such as proper pay practices, employee classification, discipline, leave management and a variety of other workplace issues.

Prior to joining LBBS, Nicole represented employers at a New York-based full-service business law firm.
